Mastering the complex challenges of today and tomorrow requires bridge builders who think in the long term! This applies to networking the various sectors in general and in particular to fostering cooperation with the creative industries.
Public and semi-public institutions from all over Europe will meet in Hamburg to exchange views on a forward-looking approach to fostering innovation in cooperation with the creative industries: cross innovation.
The event takes place on November 29 and 30, 2018. GfWM hosts one breakout session on the second day from 12 to 1 p.m.:
Knowledge Management and Creativity Enabling Innovation
Innovation is greatly enhanced by increasing diversity: diversity of thinking, experience, backgrounds, age, education, and cultures to name but a few of the possible dimensions. Bringing people together in these kinds of diverse and varied teams to work towards a common goal, however, is often easier said than done.
What role can Knowledge Management (KM) play in the innovation dialogue?
We will explore obstacles the diverse teams may experience through the use of improvisational and role-play techniques, thus stimulating a more thorough fishbowl discussion on KM and its role in innovation.
Come join us if you are looking for new ways to address old problems.
Session hosts are Stephanie Barnes, Ute John and Stefan Rehm.
