«How to build a successful Business Case for KM» and get management attention?
In this Roundtable, we will discuss how to arrive at a tangible result for knowledge management activities. Starting from a classical KM issue and its cause we show what consequences it has to the bottom line and outcomes for a company.
We will also address the question how can management attention be gained and the necessary investments secured. For this we will use the SKMF definition for knowledge management as elaborated in February.
During the interactive sessions, we will show a specific example implemented in various organizations such as Roche, Novartis and Swiss Society of Engineers and Architects (SIA).
This will be the first SKMF members only roundtable. Join us and contribute with your creative and curious mind.
