Wissensmanagement mit der neuen Norm ISO 30401

Im November 2018 wurde nach mehrjähriger Arbeit die Wissensmanagement-Norm ISO 30401 Knowledge Management Systems – Requirements veröffentlicht. Das haben Ulrich Schmidt und ich zum Anlass genommen, uns in der aktuellen Episode 36 des Knowledge on Air Podcasts mal mit dem Dokument zu beschäftigen.
